Listening to Atmosphere's Seven's Travels||Thinking about psychos||# of days to 23: 17

@ 10:50 am on 11.20.03

We finally had a smooth night, with no M confrontation or even a hint of it. Thats the sort of thing that I can get used to, even though I know that such a thing is wishful thinking. Having had such a peaceful night means that something had to give. That something was actually much worse than dealing with an insinuation or being hassled about how we need to budget (we do). We also got to have sex! Hooray for sex! The cat did jump up on the bed and start rubbing on me in the middle of things, but Im sure hell eventually learn not to do such things when the humpin is taking place.

The brakes in the car we drive are a little softokay, theyre really soft. So, Luke leaves for work yesterday morning and overshoots the stop sign at the bottom of the street. An SUV was coming his way and the driver had to brake so as not to hit Luke. Thinking that things just happen that way sometimes and anyone can understand that, Luke continues on his 40-minute drive to work. This SUV guy follows him all the way into town, the entire way. Luke, being as smart as he is, thinks that he most certainly doesnt want this psycho knowing where he works, so he pulls off on a neighboring street. Psycho follows him, parks, gets out of his car, and starts screaming at Luke, saying that hes already called the police and blah blah blah. Luke remains calm until the guy grabs at him, getting a hold on his jacket. This is where Luke quits the polite guy act and removes the Psychos hand from his arm and asks him what kind of fucking psycho follows someone for 40 minutes just to yell at him or her, fuming the entire way. The guy claims to work around Madison, but Luke knows better and tells him so. With nothing further said, the Psycho leaves, obviously not having called the police, knowing that they wouldnt do anything once Luke explained what the problem was. I only wish that the boy had had the presence of mind to get the license plate number so that he could pull assault charges against him.

I was completely unaware of anything having happened, but I was a little on edge all day long, feeling like something was wrong. I didnt really start to get antsy until Luke was almost an hour getting home. When he told me, I kind of freaked out. Not publicly, mind you, so as not to provide M fodder, but I told him that I didnt know what Id have done had he been hurt or worse. He actually told a coworker that the worst part of the ordeal would be telling me about it because he knows I worry. I dont mean to be the worst part of a wretched scenario, I really dont.

Now, to elaborate on yesterdays entry as to why I felt it necessary to remove the porn stash from what is now our bedroom. I dont care if M&G enjoy it and they, or at least M, know that its not something Im into. I dont like looking at fake breasted women or those who appear prepubescent sticking foreign objects into their rectums/vaginas/mouths. Its just not for me. I would have liked them to respect that. I dont really care that they didnt take out their many books of erotica (including The Loving Dominant ::shudder:: Ive been wondering for days whos the topis that wrong?) because it most certainly contains people who are consenting adults and it comes from someones mind. Writing is a creative endeavor while shooting pornography of a girl in a schoolgirl outfit sticking things into herself is just disgusting.

I also take issue with her harping at us about why we werent able to stay I our old place. She claims that we should have been able to stay there, that we needed to budget, that they dont make twice what we do in a month and their mortgage payment is $1000 a month. Point 1: we make $225 a week. With $600 in rent per month, $60 in phone, $75 in electricity, $40 in gas, and the simple human need to eat, there is nothing left over to save. Point 2: yes, they do make twice what we do. In fact, they make 4 times what we do. Theres no disputing their tax records and they pulled down a cool $60,000 last year. Unless one of them took a major demotion, and neither did), theyre sitting relatively pretty with their average of $1000 a week. Point 3: Luke is an adult. Just because hes living back at the nest now doesnt mean that he should be henpecked. Leave us to make our decisions and keep your judgments to yourself.
