We took Ghostcat to the vet today since the Humane Society won't allow us to have another feline until he's up on his vaccinations. He got his rabies and distemper vaccs. without a flinch and we learned that he's got a yeast infection in his ears, so medication was dispensed. He's also got some tooth issues and we're going to have to get them cleaned. If we do it within the next month, we'll get 15% off, though, so we'll probably get it done what with it being highly beneficial to a member of our little family.

The only time he freaked out was when we were in the car and when we're outside. The little guy is terrified of being outside. He actually tried to get back into the house so badly that he ripped me "Give Peas a Chance" shirt. About this I am very sad.

I also feel extremely guilty about his tooth and ear problems. I thought his bad breath was just a part of being a kitty and I thought his recurrent ear grunge was just part of him because he's had it since we got him. I'm a bad kitty mom.

We're signing our new lease on Thursday. We're hoping to discuss the whole month-to-month need at that time. But, at least we're moving out.

We did some cheap furniture shopping at Goodwill in Janesville but cam up empty, so we're going to go in Madison tomorrow after Luke gets out of work.

Unfortunately, the stress is not over yet, as we got a nasty piece of news today. I don't really want to go into it, but it, too, will pass and I'm done fretting.
